Performance Tasks-GRASPS
Goal-You will learn about the days, months and season in a year. You will discover how to keep track of time.
Role-You will be an explorer of time and weather, finding out what the names for the months, days and seasons that pass.
Audience- You will be sharing what you learn to a preschool class, so it is important that you understand our lessons.
Situation- You will be learning and exploring how we name our days, months and seasons and what each time period looks like, such as weather, and changes in the environment.
Product/Performance: You will make a calendar book about the days of the week the months of the year and what season each of those months are in. You will work on these books throughout your learning and exploring and write down your findings everyday. The books that you make will include the four seasons, 12 months and 7 days of the week. When you are finished with the book you will be presenting it to a preschool classroom.
