Performance Task - GRASPS

Goal – You will create a brochure of the state of Georgia teaching about the state and why it is such a great place to live.

 

Role – You will be the author, designer, and publisher.  You will write and design a brochure for the state of Georgia. 

 

Audience – You will be giving you brochures to the Department of Tourism for Georgia to teach others about Georgia.

 

Situation – The Department of Tourism has asked your class to create brochures about the state of Georgia.  Specifically, they are interested about the regions, the lakes and rivers, the state symbols, and learning from you why you think Georgia is such a great place to live.

 

Product/Performance – You will complete each section of the brochure and follow the directions completely.  The personal reflection paragraph on why Georgia is such a great state will be organized, well thought out, and have correct grammar and spelling.
